First Treatment: $55 (last 30-45 minutes). Includes health history questionnaire, full verbal history and exam, and all appropriate therapies for your condition (see
Treatment Types).
Follow-up treatments: $40 (last approximately 30 minutes). Includes all appropriate therapies for your condition (see
Treatment Types).
Insurance: I accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield policies, Workman's Compensation, and any automobile policies. If you are a Medicare patient and I treat you with acupuncture or other modalities which are not covered by Medicare, there is a $15 co-pay for these modalities.
